The payment for basic carriage and gas oil shall be effected at the end of the month following the month in which the transports were made, in so far as the corresponding invoices are in the possession of the Client before the 20th day of the said next month. Payment of the additional costs shall be effected during the course of the 2nd month following implementation of the transports, depending on when the invoice is received.
Charges shall only apply in the event of free and unobstructed shipping.
The goods shall be subject to ***BTW***.
