Es geht immer noch um den Dienstleistungsvertrag (Transportleistungen). Wie würdet ihr hier "handler" übersetzen?

• Specific means of transportation

We recommend the use of ships having steel bottom, constructed with a double bottom of minimal height of 120 mm.
