Habe hier ein "Telex Release" für eine Schiffsladung, das folgendermaßen formuliert ist:

Please note account have surrendered full set original bill of lading to our office and requesting to release cargo to consignee without presentation of original bill of lading.

Frage: Wer hat denn nun das Konnossement an wen zurückgegeben? (Das geht aus dem Kopf des Telex Release nicht klar hervor). Der Befrachter an die Reederei?
