Province OR Region Explanation: If your word has the accent on the last "o", then it definitely isn't "law", but "province" which designs an area governed as part of a country (e.g. Nomos Attikis = Province of Attika). Hotmail uses the word Region for the field where you have to choose the corresponding Greek "nomos" when signing up. Others use "Province".
