according to what I read about Lean Manufacturing, it is a production philosophy the focus of which centers around maintaing the commodities` value with a concomitant reduced input of work. I am afraid that the corresponding term in Greek is not as yet known under "αδυνατη ή λεπτή παραγωγή. The German equivalent is "Schlanke Production" which is not exactly helpful here if the asker does not speak German.
An expression meaning (with manufacturing) - with the minimum of manpower (usually with a lot of subcontracting) - because "lean" also hints toward "agile", "flexible", "can adapt to changes rapidly"
Explanation: Lean Manufacturing derives from the Japanese culture and way of Working and Innovating, until '60s. In '90s Scientists from USA, probably from MIT, went to Japan in order to see and understand the secret of the Japanese Ramping Up Industry. They came into the Philosophy and made tools for conducting, measuring, designing and implementing the most perfect production system until now.
Of course, there is a literature of the Philosophy, ideas, techniques, methods, tools and implementation projects in Greece. I am the guy behind the curtain!
