"The shell corporation is a tool which appears to be widely used in almost all members in both the banking and non-banking sectors. Often purchased "off the shelf" from lawyers, accountants or secretarial companies it remains a convenient vehicle to launder money."

Έψαξα παντού αλλά δε βρίσκω κάτι αντίστοιχο στα Ελληνικά. Μόνο στο βιβλίο "Βehind the corporate veil" αναφέρει:

"Two methods were used to launder the money. The principal set up a shell company in the Asian jurisdiction which has operated there by a company providing secretarial and administrative services (“secretarial company”) on his instructions."
