Δύσκολος όρος, δεν τον έχω ακούσει στα ελληνικά...
Ακόμη και σε αγγλικά κείμενα υπάρχει σχετική ασυμφωνία.
Κοίτα π.χ. τους ορισμούς στα δύο παρακάτω link ( το δεύτερο είναι πληρέστερο και κατατοπιστικότερο). Στο πρώτο περιγράφεται ΚΑΙ ως είδος insert shot, ενώ κάτι τέτοιο δεν ορίζεται στο άλλο... Οπότε θα μπορούσες να το πεις και "πλάνο σφήνα χωροχρονικής μετάβασης".
Όπως και να έχει, εντάσσεται στα πλάνα μετάβασης και με επιφύλαξη προτείνω αυτή την απόδοση. Ό,τι και να επιλέξεις, παρένθεσε και τον αγγλικό όρο...
