I was taught to send e-mails, to open them and also to send them to more than one person. I was the one who said “ I am too old to learn new tricks” but how wrong I was! I went on to the next part of the training, which was called Sketch Up. Sketch Up lets you draw your planning ideas using a computer. I was now hooked. I wanted to learn more and more. I was asked to join the Local Consultative Committee which was a local steering group; now I am talking about how the training will be going next…..
…when asked me a question, people like Planners and Architects, I couldn’t believe it was me who worked behind *the counter in Asda* and there I was being involved in talking about how the Shopping area in Halewood could be in the future and being asked my opinion, it was great!..
