Screen rate (prevailing rate) is used in conversion. Converted amounts initially have floating lending rate (LIBOR plus spread) of the converted currency. Partial amount conversions will be applied pro-rata across all maturities. Example – Borrower decides, before any disbursements occur, that having a loan denominated in JPY rather than USD will better match the projected revenue stream of the project. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- EURIBOR means a rate per annum determined by the Bank and notified to the client.
