Dense cities include Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver or Calgary. Density of
the city is related to the number of tall buildings around a transmitter site.
A smaller centre will have less building density and correspondingly
smaller effect. The city parameter adds loss for buildings that are not on
topographic maps, however, will reduce coverage in the downtown city
core, as would be expected. |
