Εδώ προφανώς εννοεί το καπάκι/ανοιγμα πρόσβασης για τη συντήρησης του φίλτρου που είναι μπροστά απο την αντλία νερού (πάνε μαζί αυτά). Σε συνέχεια των συνεισφορών των συναδέλφων θα ήθελα να προσθέσω ότι απο πρακτικής πλευράς δεν έχω δει σε κανένα πλυντήριο να υπάρχει δοχείο περισυλλογής αποβλήτων. Όσο αφορά τον ορισμό του flap παραθέτω κατωτέρω ορισμούς:
