Asker: Λόγω οτι η επιστολή άρχιζε όντως με το ΄'Αξιότιμε'' το ''μετά τιμής'' ταίριαζε καλύτερα.

Explanation:
Το "υμέτερος" δεν μπορείς να το αποφύγεις, αν θέλεις να μείνεις πιστή στο κείμενο.
Το "μετά τιμής" είναι στο ίδιο επίπεδο επισημότητας (και καθαρεύουσας) με το υμέτερος.
Το "με τιμή" είναι πιο σύγχρονο, αλλά κάπως ανακόλουθο.
