1. Option To Renew Lease
(a) The Lessee has the option to take a renewed lease of the Premises from the expiry of the Term if a further term is set out at ‎Item 5. The Lessee may only exercise this option if it is not in breach or default under this lease, such breach or default having been notified to the Lessee by the Lessor without having been waived by the Lessor or rectified by the Lessee.
(b) If the Lessee wishes to exercise the option the Lessee must provide the Lessor with 1 month’s notice prior to the expiry of the Term.
(c) The rent for the further term will be such sum as mutually agreed between the parties, or failing agreement as determined by an independent market valuer whose determination will be final and binding; and
(d) the lease for the further term will be on the same terms, covenants and conditions as contained in this lease.

Μετά πολλών κόπων και βασάνων λόγω πτώσεων τάσης και διακοπών ηλεκτρικού, τελειώνω μία σειρά συμβάσεων μίσθωσης αλλά κοντεύω να ... κλατάρω... Αυτές οι συμβάσεις με έχουν ... ξεζουμίσει... Μπορεί κανείς να βοηθήσει στο τμήμα " .... such breach ... by the lessee" ή το τμήμα που αναφέρω στην ερώτηση;;;;
