Ellen Kraus: μα το δεδικασμένο σημαίνει την αμετάκλητη κρίση μιάς δικαστικής απόφασης, δηλαδή εκείνη την απόφαση που, έχοντας εξαντλήσει όλα τα ένδικα μέσα δεν μπορεί πλέον να αλλάξει. ή η δέσμευση που απορρέει απο μια τελεσιδική απόφαση. Synonym: "res iudicata"
