English term or phrase: minus 42 point 736 (-42.736)
I'd like to know how a person says "minus 42 point 736", which is how you'd verbally pronounce the negative number -42.736 in English, out loud (i.e., verbally, for example if you were saying it out loud in a classroom).

(It is very difficult to find out how mathematical symbols are pronounced out loud. I can't find this information in any reference book or by doing a web search.)

Please note that in Greek mathematics the comma "," is used instead of dot "." used in the AngloSaxon world in order to separate the decimal numbers from the integer numbers.
