I have to insert this term into packaging description of the following machine:

is the term "Ψαλίδι µπορντούρας" correct? I have also found "Μπορντουροψάλιδα"

Explanation:
Και για τους δύο όρους υπάρχουν αρκετές ελληνικές πηγές. Ιδιαίτερα όμως χρησιμοποιείται ο πρώτος όρος. Άρα σωστά υπέθεσες :)

Yes, it means electric. Then use just plain «ψαλίδι μπορντούρας».

Asker: Hello Elissavet! does the word "ηλεκτρικό" mean "electric"? as in my case it is not an electric tool. Sorry but I don't speak Greek so I can't understand your explanation. Thanks

Ο όρος ''θαμνοκόπτης'' είναι και αυτός ευρέως χρησιμιποιούμενος, όπως δείχνουν οι ακόλουθες αναφορές. Επίσης, ειδικά για τον αναφερόμενο τύπο, είναι αναγκαίο να διευκρινισθή ότι λειτοθργεί με θερμικό κινητήρα.
