I would like your help in the translation of this term. I have done some research on it and thought of the term "φαρμακευτικό όφελος" but I suspect it is much more complicated than that. I provide some context which might help you in understanding.
"The pharmacy benefit is one of the pillars that support the healthcare.The pharmacy benefit is roughly one in three of the healthcare budged with a year-to-year increase that threaten the sustainability of the healthcare system and, additionally, it is developed in the context of the 25% of the population focus the 80% of the pharmacy consumption and a high morbidity associated to the bad use of drugs."

Thanks for letting me know it's for the US market. Now that I understand what "pharmacy benefit" is I can try to come up with a suitable translation. It's definitely not φαρμακευτικό όφελος - that would mean something like "medicinal benefit" i.e. the physical benefit from taking the drug. In this case the benefit is financial (although not in the sense of επίδομα).
I'll think about it...
The original English isn't very good. Have you got any clues what nationality the author might be, or what country he/she is writing about, so we can attempt to translate based on what the original might have been?

Explanation: I think the article is talking about "pharmacy benefit" as the outcome of Pharmacy Benefit Management i.e. lower charges. I've avoided translating Management because that would risk sounding as if the management process per se costs "one in three of the budged" [sic]
Whilst "prescription charge" is usually rendered as σημμετοχή, I think the concept here is different and χρέωση is better.

Explanation: Could be a far cry as translating "benefit" into Greek proves tricky (why?). It's not always free of charge; you may be able to buy medicine for less so if you wish to be even more clearer:
