neutral  Socratis VAVILIS: I think here it actually has the sense of performance or capacity stated (claimed) by the manufacturer(?)..../ Have a look on the pdf; lumen claim, claims and the like are mostly used as smtg stated by the manufacturer; ισχυρισμοί (plur) could also feet.

  -> I used ισχυρισμός=ισχυρίζομαι=υποστηρίζω άποψη because claiming (something) is not just δήλωση. On the other hand is another meaning of "claim" like staking a claim to a property
