The 0.2 µm HEPA class 13 air filter supplies air free from micro-organisms for the machine purge or endoscope channel purge steps.

Επειδή "κάθαρση=clearance", "καθαρισμός=cleaning" και "εκκένωση=evacuation", συμφωνώ με την απόδοση "εκκαθάριση" ακριβώς γιατί δείχνει ότι το σύστημα εκκαθαρίζεται από συγκεκριμένα υλικά, δεν καθαρίζεται γενικώς.

Υπάρχει όμως και το "cleaning = καθαρισμός". Ή το διαχωρίζω ως "καθαρισμό με αέρα/νερό"(purging of the channels "Air/Water" with water);
