Συγχαρητήρια και με μιά καλή δουλειά

The "generic" translation of "congratulations" is of course "συγχαρητήρια" but since you specified that it was on a graduation occasion the words "και με μιά καλή δουλειά" [meaning "and may you land a good job"] should be added to indicate that you wish the graduate a long and successful career
