agree  Vasiliki Nikolaidou: Πιθανώς εννοεί "attending staff physician". Σίγουρα αναφέρεται σε ένα συγκεκριμένο πρόσωπο (όχι στο προσωπικό εν γένει). Θεωρώ εξαιρετικά απίθανο να εννοεί νοσηλευτή, αλλά αν είχα αμφιβολία για την ιδιότητα του Paul Xxx, θα έγραφα: "Όνομα θεράποντος"...

in Addition to the attending physician of a Patient, there are many more persons who care for the Patient; such as e.g. nurses, therapists, specialized respiratory therapists, diverse professional medical staff who closely monitor the patient´s condition and perform vital Jobs like giving medication or perform procedures such as drawing blood. The attending physician sees the Patient once a day, but the other attending staff is responsible for the sick as well and available around the clock. That`s why I dont agree with the Definition in the link provided by one of my Peers.

  -> Not only. What about the "attending nurse" ? "Like the attending physician, the attending nurse also played a role in teaching and role modeling professional comportment. Í found the definition for attending staff only confirmed with Aesculapius staff.
