Hi,

I remember a Greek friend coming up with about 20 synonyms for τεμπέλης. One of them was something like οχθηρός (actually this means “hilly” according to my dictionary).

What could that word be, please? It's just possible that it didn't mean "cunning" but "sly", i.e. a synonym for πονηρός, but I do really think it was a synonym for τεμπέλης.

All the best,

Simon
