Εδώ έχουμε να κάνουμε με τα λεγόμενα "νερά" του χαρτιού. Για το "long grain" χρησιμοποιείται και το "παράλληλα νερά", το οποίο θα μπορούσες επίσης να χρησιμοποιήσεις αν το επιτρέπει το ύφος του κειμένου σου.
