A toy for children, consisting of a felt-covered tablet and pieces of felt that may be shapes, or story characters, etc, and that are arranged on the board by the child.

Explanation:
Tablet or board = τάβλα, πίνακας ("tabla", "pinakas" in greeklish respectively).
Felt = Tσόχα ("tsoha" in greeklish ).

So, since I don't really think there is an appropriate "terminology", I'd spell it in English as "tabla ntymeni me tsoha",or "tabla apo tsoha", or "pinakas ntymenos me tsoxa" or "pinakas apo tsoxa".

If memory doesn't fail me, this toy is offered for role-playing as it enhances the learning and communication skills of kindergarden pupils, or of children of a younger age...
