FRIED INTESTINES (ALB. KUKUREC)

Hi!

Here’s the English definition, supplied by an Albanian speaker:
animal liver mixed with fat, oregano and other spices, which are tied together (like a cucumber) with lamb or kid intestines and which are baked.

The thing is, I'm sure I had it in Greece, and was trying to remember the Greek version of the word. Something like κουκουρέτσι. Please let me know.

Best wishes,

Simon
