|English term or phrase: Caitlin|
|It is my first name, it is originally Celtic. But I would like to know how to say it in Greek.|

Caitlin, I believe it is best to live names as they are. I have seen some terrible translations of names so I stay clear of it.
Your name has no equivalent in Greek so in Greek you should pronounce it as "Caitlin" or (in Greek) Καίητλιν (which sounds exactly the same as in English)
