Καλώς ήρθατε στο μάθημα
Although "Τάξη" is not wrong as such, it has rather the meaning of "classroom" than "class" i.e. "course". If you refer to the classroom, use that suggestion, but I'd go for the more general sense of "μάθημα" = lesson, course.
