English term or phrase: attractive performer
It is about a performer and his school of actors.

πραγματικά ενδιαφέρων ερμηνευτής / καθηλωτικός ερμηνευτής
Explanation:
Of course it is not a literal translation. I thought of "attractive" as "engaging", so first of all I used the word "ερμηνευτής" instead of actor, because per se it means that he is more than just an actor. And then I propose "πραγματικά ενδιαφέρων", because I believe that if you just say "ενδιαφέρων" it is more or less neutral, or "καθηλωτικός", which is even stronger.
