Explanation:
Βάση της απουσίας συμφραζομένων, πιστεύω ότι το "λουλούδι" προσφέρεται ως παρομοίωση αυτού του γάμου. Το "μαραμένο λουλούδι" είναι μια δόκιμη και αρκετά συνηθισμένη λογοτεχνική έκφραση, σε σύγκριση με μεταφράσεις κατά λέξη που στερούνται φυσικότητας. Εναλλακτικά "λιβάδι".

Μπορεί κανείς να παίξει με τη σειρά των λέξεων ή ακόμα να αρχίσει με "αυτός ο γάμος μοιάζει με ..."

Οι εκφράσεις τών παραδειγμάτων σας μού φαίνονται πολύ εύστοχες, από εννοιολογική άποψη, αλλά και εναρμονισμένες στο γενικό γλωσσικό ύφος ενός λογοτεχνικού κειμένου. Γιατί δεν τις προετείνετε ως απάντηση ; Το αξίζουν πράγματι και οι τρείς.

Υπάρχουν πολλές εκφράσεις οι οποίες θα μπορούσαν να αποδώσουν το νόμα της αντίστοιχης αγγλικής, αλλά για να επιλέξουμε εκείνη που ταιριάζει στο κείμενό σας, πρέπει να γνωρίζουμε το λογοτεχνικό είδος του κειμένου, το ύφος τού συγγραφέα, την ατμόσφαιρα της αφήγησης, εάν πρόκειται για αφηγηματικό κείμενο, ή του ποιήματος, της θεατρικής σκηνής ... ανάλόγως των λογοτεχνικών χαρακτηριστικών του κειμένου.
