IMO "Institutional Facilities" can either be rendered as, simply, ΙΔΡΥΜΑΤΑ, or "institutional" is to define the "care". The Greek word ΙΔΡΥΜΑ means "institutional facility". It is a question of textual focus whether we choose to emphasize the institutional aspect by modifying the noun "care" in Greek.
Yes, yes... "long-term" is literally ΜΑΚΡΟΠΡΟΘΕΣΜΟΣ, not ΧΡΟΝΙΟΣ (chronic). I thought we could give "ΧΡΟΝΙΟΣ" a shot as it contains (less euphemistically) the concept of "long-term" with an added connotation of slow - if any - progress. Again, a question of focus & choice... If we choose to sugar the institutional pill, by all means we should go with ΜΑΚΡΟΠΡΟΘΕΣΜΟΣ.
