Who Thune Prem Karu Chu
Who = I
Thune = You (object of verb)
Prem = love
Karu Chu = present progressive adverb to Prem.
This is towards romatic love.
I Love You. Gujurati is like latin and spanish in that word order is less important than conjugation. "Who Thune Prem" is literally the words "I, you, love" Karu Chu denotes action.
So "Thune Prem Karu Chu" is You are Loved, where the "I" is understood.
"Who Karu Chu Thune Prem" is equally equivalent. Like, "Love, I do you." except it's not awkward.
Hope this helps.
