"Taj" (and not "TAAJ") is a proper Gujarati word used in Gujarat in day to day life and is well known amongst Gujarati community.
You go to any Grocery shop, you could buy "Taj". "Dalchini" may not be known to all, including Grocery Shop Keepers but the main Gujarati word "Taj" is better known among all.
