Let me clarify on the slang of "Rock". Rock as a slang has been used this way in varying contexts - A large gem, especially a diamond, Crack cocaine, to be very good (what a rocking idea). But in this sentence, the asker 'yogmca' doesn't mean any on these. Here, 'rocking' has been used in the meaning of merrymaking, carefree attitude, enjoyment, dancing and shaking. Try replacing the word "rocking" with one of these words, and the meaning becomes clear. Say, " is being merrymaker leads to fulfllment? Try another one - " is being dancer and shaker leads to fulfllment? I certainly didn't mean to split hairs over semantics. It is needless to say, while translating, we should try to understand the thought of the original writer and transform it into another language remaining faithful to the origial context.
