Language variant: השם שלי

Explanation:
שמי - shmi

Another option is השם שלי which is longer way to say the same thing (king of like saying do no instead of don't).
And another option is קוראים לי which is probably the best option if it's a hymn. If you could post the whole sentence that will be helpful.
