but this specific client always sends motor oil/fuel related texts, never anything else... so, it's my assumption (which I am now verifying with the client).
I've googled up and down all possible combinations of "אמין" and "אולאי" - and haven't found even one result.

According to the sources cited in my hidden answer, it seems to me that it's indeed some sort of amino acid, but I'm not enough of an expert on that.
I found that Oleylamide is another name for Oleamide, to which I arrived from the link Roy posted.
It says that: "Synthetically produced oleamide has a variety of industrial uses including as a slip agent, a lubricant, and a corrosion inhibitor.
So, חומצה doesn't strike me as right. Wikipedia uses אמין for amine.
Perhaps אמין אולאי? What do you think?

Asker: I ended up consulting a chemist who told me I should just write it in Hebrew letters... I think I will use your answer with addition of the word שומן because the chemist also told me that it isn't חומצה per se, which makes sense because it is for motor oil.
So, חומצת שומן אולאית it is.

Asker: I consulted my chemist friend again (the first time we couldn't talk extensively) who suggested not to translate it but transcribe it to אוליל אמין- which I did not find it on the web. Another professional told me the same, so I'm going to stick with transcription.
