Hebrew translation:חוט מקשר / חוט השני
Explanation:
חוט השני של הפעולה

I could'nt find any term specific to the Stanislavski method.

Since the Through-Line links all the objectives to the super-objective (see below) I thought חוט השני
(של הפעולה)
is the best way to put it.

See in http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/A5133151:

*Super-Objective and Through-Line of Action*

The super-objective of a play is the main thrust of the plot, an objective that runs throughout the entire text, it links to all the small units and objectives via the through-line. To gain understanding of a character, an actor must be aware of their character's relation to the super-objective.

agree  Shai Nave: I don't know the exact term in Hebrew, but Ron is correct with his explanation. I would also suggest חוט השדרה, might sounds "medial" but encapsulate the meaning. Just my suggestion
