2. בכדי להמיר DC ל-AC אפשר, למשל:
א. השיטה שנקראת "chopper", שבעצם הופכת את אות המתח הישר לחילופין על ידי "קיצוץ" והפיכה לגל ריבועי.
מגל ריבועי זה אפשר להוציא אות חילופין על ידי סינון, ואפשר גם להגדילו על ידי שנאים.
