Explanation:
פשוט ככה. בגדול הכוונה שהסוללה ממשיכה להיטען "בטפטוף" כדי לשמור עליה טעונה במלואה.
שמעתי אנשים גם מתייחסים לזה כטעינה בזליגה (ואפילו מצאתי עכשיו אזכור לזה בגוגל), אבל לדעתי זה לא המונח המדויק וטפטוף מתאר את הפעולה בצורה טובה יותר.
