If it is on the bill then it must refer to high consumption of power - as the previous answerers have indicated.
However, if it relates to the structure of the electrical grid/equipment, it is probable that this term indicates a point in which an electric line (called ש take-off) branches from another electric line, so in Hebrew I would call it נקודות פיצול/הסתעפות.
More context would help though. |
