Explanation: I don't know of any straightforward term in Hebrew to describe this.
Also, more context will surely help, but usually back-end payment describes a payment that is being made only after a completion of a sale, or something similar. This is in oppose to Front-end payment which is done in advance. For example, if you sell something to someone, in front-end payment he will pay you for that something before or upon delivery. In a back-end scheme he will pay you only if the thing that you sold to him benefited him (I hope that I explained it in a sensible way - actually it is a little hard for me to explain). I know that this term is used a lot in the affiliate programs industry, as well as in royalties.
Another option might be a back-end payment system, in which the merchant himself just get the payment details, and a separate system takes care of the clearing the payment (for a fee I guess).
Such as a person who sells things online, collects the payment details, and than transfer them to a third party, such as the credit card company or others, who actually collect the money.
These are the two option that I can think of. Hopefully I'm in the right direction.

I think that you can try and translate it in some way that will make sense in Hebrew, but I wouldn't omit the term in English.
Left it in English in the job, however, your response is still good in my opinion (narrowed it down to what I would have used)... 2 KudoZ points were awarded for this answer
If you look at the following link, under the sub-heading "Business", you'll find 5 possible meanings of "Back-end". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Backend

Asker: Shai, thank you!!! Your explanation makes sense. For the same fee... do you think it is better to use the term as is (i.e. back-end) in the Hebrew text?
The updates to the menu were made to make the site easy and more intuitive for visitors. Obviously, like any change, this may take a few days to get used to.
The dropdown menus have been divided into two-dimensional panels with similar items grouped together under headings. This eliminates scrolling for those with smaller screens, and also improves readability.
Mouseover your name at the top of the screen. Here you will find information about your account, your email settings, and more. The "My ProZ.com" menu was moved up here to simplify the main navigation, and to keep all of this type of information together.
