I did not ignore your answer in the least. Nonetheless, the text I'm working with repeatedly and specifically says Antarctic krill and even specifies its origin from the Antarctic Ocean and not the Arctic Ocean and that is the reason I chose Akiva's answer. In light of your comment however, I will add a note in reference to the "correct" Hebrew name of קריל ארקטי. Thank you for your insight. Happy Chanukah!

You asked for the name in Hebrew and not for transcription of the name into Hebrew. Even in Akiva's reference you can find my answer (see third paragraph).
So I am very curious about what made you ignore my answer...
