Explanation:
If it doesn't have to be a word-for-word translation, there are many endearment words you can use.

sweet, according to babylon is = beloved person
Beloved = אהוב, יקר

I think *מתוק שלי* is reserved for children more than for husband & wife, although I have heard some "interesting" love-names between H&W... :-)
