Transcription (from right to left!): yud, he, yud, he + beit, samekh, dalet, reish.
Rom. yihye b'seder, yihyeh be-seder.
Some people pronounce "b(e)-seyder", which is (unwillingly) jocular only (Eastern European prononciation of Hebrew, under Yiddish influence).
