English term or phrase: Gatebreaker and Jaw
I have no idea what it is. I only have this:
"These powerful machines are colossal and have astounding capabilities. From swamp excavators to sewer cleaners and fireboats, these mega-machines master the tasks humans cannot."

Hebrew translation:מרסקת כבישים
Explanation:
In context (Discovery channel Mega Machines), I looked for bigger and meaner machines than Daniel suggested, an I found a lead - a picture of a machine followed by this description:
"RMCI’s current demolition process at Stapleton involves a remote-activated hydraulic gate breaker mounted on a semi-truck chassis. Nicknamed the “guillotine,” the breaker consists of a nine-ton steel striker bar measuring 8 inches wide that impacts the pavement and generally fractures the concrete into material averaging 10 inches to 26 inches."

I suggested it as feminine for "machine"

I later found from answers.com that indeed a jaw crusher/breaker is a rock breaking machine with jaws.

so how about: מרסקת כבישים וסלעים, מרסקת כבישים וטוחנת סלעים etc.

At last - if you want to be really fresh (and at the same time archaeic) and use "our own" idiom (נזיקין, מסכת סנהדרין, דף כד, א גמרא) I'd recommend:
"עוקר הרים וטוחנם"... :-)

Explanation:
A gate breaker, for the finishing of cast iron, consisting of a hydraulic cylinder which is operatively connected to a processing unit, preferably a wedge, at one end at least. The hydraulic cylinder is suspended from a circular clamp (29) with an internal semicircular track for two or more rollers (27) connected to the hydraulic cylinder. Between the hydraulic cylinder of the tool unit and the rollers (27) there is a pivot which permits pivotal movement of the gate breaker about a transverse axis of the unit.
