English to Hebrew translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering - Mechanics / Mech Engineering | | English term or phrase: "Dead man control" | My friends, you deserve a real challenge...
How is a fail-safe mechanism called "dead man control" called in Hebrew?
It's a device intended to stop a machine in case the human operator becomes incapacitated, and is a form of fail-safe mechanism.
For example, in a lawn mower, the machine will stop working the moment you stop pushing the levers.
Thanks, Doron (dead man walking) |
