From the highly respetable BMJ, I found that "milk out" is really salpingostomy (link 1).

From InfoMed, I found that salpingostomy is [pium hatzotzra] (link 2).

The word [pium] was created by the Academy of the Hebrew Language in 1999, for the latin Stoma, which is creating a surgical opening for various organs (see esophagostomy and craniotomy - God help us).

Asker: it seems reasonable. i just thought these are different kinds of surgery. as for salpingostomy as i've learned it's not just creating an opening, but cutting out the damaged part and sewing the ends of the healthy part. "milk out" is creating an opening and trying to get the ectopic pregnancy out of the tube. thank you for your bother
