אני מתרגם אבחנה רפואית לאחר בדיקה גסטרוסקופית. המונח שרשמתי הוא אחד הממצאים שנראו בבדיקה. הבודק מתייחס אליו לאחר שבחן את הוושט, ואת הקפלים על שם Kerchring. לא ברור לי אם מדובר בהפרשה הנראית כהפרשה מהכבד או בהפרשה המעידה על בעיה בכבד. אולי המשמעות אחרת לגמרי. אשמח לקבל את עזרתכם.
