Explanation:
בכמה הכמי עבודה בישראל יש סעיף הנקרא "העדרות בהסכמה". לפי סעיף זה רשאי עובד להיעדר ממקום העבודה ורק להצהיר על ההעידרות ללא הרחבה. במקורו נועד הסעיף בעיקר לנשים ש"זכו" לשני ימים ההצהרה כל חודש. הסידור הזה מופיע, למשל בהסכמי העבודה של הסתדרות המורים. נדמה לי שזה יהיה התרגום המתאים גם כאן.
