mah = what - מה
yeshu = Jesus - ישו
haya = would - היה
oseh = do - עושה

מה ישו היה עושה?

I think you'd have to write out the whole sentence in Hebrew because it's not a Hebrew acronym. But, if you insist, it would be mem-yod-heh-ayin, read from right to left, of course. Like this - מיה"ע
