neutral  Suzan: I considered כדור שלג but it would mean "snowball", which is something else. Sorry, but the link provided by Lingopro is hardly a reliable source.

agree  Ron Armon: I agree that בועת שלג may work, but כדור שלג has too much meaning as a term and idiom, and IMHO should NOT be used for Snow-globe.

agree  Ron Armon: It's OK and accurate, but not much of a term... :-) Maybe כדור זכוכית מושלג would be a little (not much) better as I said.

Tough one!...

It's usualy more about the enclosure and transparency - hence my answer-without-snow.

You should certainly avoid כדור שלג... :-)

Depending on the context and how much you really need the "snow" to feature in translation - you may use:
כדור זכוכית מושלג
כדור בדולח מושלג

I specifically remember the Snow-globe theory about the series "Lost".
The idea was of an enclosed capsule with a full scenary in it - not much to do with snow...

neutral  Ron Armon: Good as an explanation, but not Hebrew enough to use as translation (IMHO). It also lacks the mention of the shape (globe). Still, as you said - It DOES depend on context.

  -> שייקר is a word commonly used in Israel ("new Hebrew") and in at least one other context (shaker for drinks), It would really depend on the context, wouldn't it?

Otherwise, in this context of a heading I'd use:
